The Cosmetic Redress Scheme is here to help practitioners to deal successfully with any complaints they may face. We offer guidance on producing a complaint procedure. We resolve complaints either through informal mediation or through making a decision on the matter.

We will provide specialist Member resources including a model complaints procedure, advice on dealing with complaints and other guidance on matters facing the industry.
